This community based experiential workshop incorporates education, a facilitated active imagination process, somatic awareness, journaling, and voluntary group share as mediums through which we will engage with unconscious material.
This workshop incorporates both education and gentle somatic movement practices oriented toward nervous system literacy, deepening somatic awareness, and exploring what it means to tiptoe past the edges of restrictive self-protection toward a deep sense of homecoming.
